Buying a Vehicle From Us During COVID-19

Following on from the Prime Ministers announcement on 4th January 2021, we wanted to update our customers on what this means for us here at TMR Prestige Services.

From Wednesday 5th January 2021, we will be closing the forecourt for face to face viewings until we are able to allow this again. However like we did during the previous lockdown, we will still be operating via an online basis & offering:

HOME DELIVERY / CLICK & COLLECT
ALL INVOICING & FINANCE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT VIA EMAIL
COMPLETELY CONTACTLESS PURCHASE FROM START TO FINISH
FACETIME WALK AROUND VIEWINGS WHICH CAN BE BOOKED BY APPOINTMENT

How to purchase a car via our online process:

STEP 1 - Enquire about the car you're interested via phone call, email, or our Facebook page.
STEP 2 - We will give you a detailed description of the car & answer any questions you have.
STEP 3 - We will send videos, photos of the car & paperwork if you wish to view the car in more detail.
STEP 4 - Invoicing, finance documents & paperwork will be sent via email, making it contactless.
STEP 5 - Either transfer a DEPOSIT or the FULL BALANCE into our account.
STEP 6 - We get the car ready for you, ie carry out a new MOT/service if required, fully valet & sanitise the vehicle.
STEP 6 - Arrange a day for a HOME DELIVERY personally done by us, or a CLICK & COLLECT collection where you will come to our premises. Both will be completely contactless.
STEP 7 - You then have 14 days to return the vehicle under The Consumer Contracts Regulations due to it being a distance sale. (The car must be returned to us in the exact condition the new owner received it in.)
